I won a DR3 Every2Minutes xbox one on December 7... and have not received anything but the confirmation email sent out immediatley after the auction ended. I was watching the auction and when it closed and as soon as I won, I entered my shipping information
right then and there. Do you all think that I needed to go through the email they had sent me after it closed? Should I reach out to them either by email or phone? Saturday marked 8 weeks exactly...what ya think?

I just got through on the phone and talked to a real person. He verified my shipping address and birthday and said he would be sending it on to his supervisor...I think Limited Edition had it right. Sounds like this is going to expedite the process.

Call 1-877-646-3721 and when it gets to the list press (0) and you will be connected to a real person. Good Luck.

Finally got my system bundle on Tuesday. Tried to set it up and it is slow starting up and then the controller wont stay on and system shuts off. Anyone have this problem? The controller shuts off as well

 

I won on 12/8, still nothing, multiple calls with the typical keep waiting response. Am I the only one now?

 

Just got my email the wait is almost over!

 

I am still waiting as well. over 10 weeks now and they are making not much progress at all on sending these systems out. Only 32 labels printed today from what I can tell. This is getting ridiculous with how slow they are taking to get these out. I have
called several times and have also sent 2 different emails within the past week and no response from the emails and phone calls are the same, worthless. Done ranting.

 

how do you know how many labels they printed out?

 

There were various reference number posted throughout this thread which I wrote down. You can sign up at myups.com and check by reference number, date range and united states and it will show labels being printed for delivery items for those reference numbers

 

I talked to someone at the 1-800 number on Wednesday & they "forwarded my info to the supervisor" & said it would probably ship in 1-2 more weeks. My son has been playing Titanfall beta at a friend's house & also said it was awesome!

 

42 pages & people are STILL talking about this? Wow... Just... Wow...

 

We are def gonna make it to 43...I plan on posting at least once a day until I get my email!

I have a good feeling about this week, keeping my fingers crossed.

 

Well maybe my rant paid off for me. lol I just called and she told me that my info was submitted for shipping and should receive my shipping email this week. The wait is finally almost over.
