evertime i open youtube it asks me if i own that game

my girlfriend was on my xbox and all of a sudden my avtar was gone. completely . had to create a new one and now I cant open any apps like youtube, comedy central.etc.. any of them. when I click on youtube it asks me if I own that game? its not a game
so don't know why its asking that. it does not allow me to open it up

Horizon 3 asks if I own it

I purchased the Horizon 3 and Forza 7 Bundle yesterday, was able to actually get in to Forza 7 once, and Horizon 3 about 4 times. But more often than not when I want to play them I get the 'Do you own this game or app?' message. I have my confirmation
order number email, if I click see in store, my option is to 'Play' and even selecting play from within the store I most generally get this message.

In the past week I had bought Assetto Corsa from the store and have never had such an issue with this game, as well as Forza 5 when offered free with Games for Gold.

The error code is the generic 0x803f8001. Please fix this issue, its beyond irritating. Playing on xbox one x, two different consoles and yes I'm signed in to the correct account from which the game was purchased.

Now evertime I try to connect it keeps bringing me to an update screen and it says there was a problem with the update

Did you install the Minecraft Launcher on Microsoft Store? Or did you install the game's app version? Try to install this instead - Minecraft Launcher | Microsoft Store

Did you previously install Minecraft and play it before you made an upgrade to your computer? Is your computer updated?
