Eventually Kudos to Activision and Bungie

I planned on getting the Digital Download of Destiny, so couldn't pre order, I had contacted activision in all the possible ways I knew and kept getting the same replies, you have to pre order at a shop to get a beta code, well thats impossible for DD.

Anyway I eventually found a destiny issue link on the bungie web site (very well hidden) which took me to an activision page, where I expressed my issue again, and low and beyond they have sent me a XO beta code,

So just wanted to pass on some judo for activision (it doesn't happen often for me, I still think their customer service is shocking) and bungie.

Stuart is correct. Your "beef" should be with Bungie/Activision for not offering the free "upgrade". They did it with the base game, kudos for that, but not with this DLC.

 

Any game publishers/developers you don't buy games from and what is the reason?

Luckily Bungie won't fall under the same trap IW did, Activision does not own Bungie, they are just there to help publish & distribute Bungie's new title.

Depending on what Bungie creates, that might be the next game I buy that says Activision on the cover.
