    EVENTS DON'T LOAD


    I have attempted to get help with my Microsoft Solitaire Premium Collection as well as other games. The daily events never load. I have no problem with my internet, but, events don't seem to be able to connect with browser. It seems to only be a problem
    with Microsoft games. Please help to solve this problem.

    I don't load events

    Hi, I play at Microsoft solitary collection from two different PCs, in one I do not load the events and if I open the calendar I get an error. How can I fix?

    Events will not load

    Events is stuck in the loading mode on my desktop. Works fine on the laptop. Used to work on the desktop. Hasn't worked since the windows upgrade a couple of months ago.

    We're not seeing any issue loading the Daily Challenges right now for Solitaire Premium Collection, what type of device are you playing the game on? Are you seeing any error message or error code when this happens?

    I don't know if this helps or not, but for me, both the Events and the Event Calendar are not loading. In the Event Calendar section, I'm getting a Event Loading Error. It states it's having trouble loading events for the current month.

    Yes, I have the exact same issue both the events and event calendar are not loading.

    Are you still experiencing issues with the Events? If so, try restarting both your PC and your internet and see if that helps.
