    Event stats resetting as first time played last 2 times


    Last Saturday I was winning awards during the event and they were showing things like "this is the 14 time you got this". Monday all awards were 1st time and I was no longer in a group, but it said next time I would be. Today I finished, all 1st time awards
    again and still not in my group. Is there any way to get back all my awards? It makes the game worth playing. All my other awards and stats seem unaffected

    why does my total time reflect HOURS away from and signed OUT of the event? my total time is showing +10 hours....I played for about 2 hours last night and then again about 1/2 hour this morning. Event stats resetting as first time played last 2 times :(

    Profile time played stats wrong

    Hi, on my Xbox One profile the time played for Dead Rising 3 is way wrong. It says 2 days on the console and 47 hours on smartglass but I've only played it for about 2-3 hours. Anyone having this problem with any game or know how to fix it?

    Inaccurate time logs on events

    I have noticed the same inaccuracies involving cumulative times for events . . . at the end of the latest tournament, my total was almost 30 minutes less than the leaderboard. This time I actually wrote down each time for each game. From the first to the
    last, the leaderboard was incorrect and continuously added more time that was true. So what's up???
    I've been having the same problem, and then somehow had 5 hours added to my tournament play today, which seriously skewed my stats. I looked for a way to reset my stats did not find anything. Can anyone help with that?

    I’ve noticed that a couple games i play incorrectly track my play stats. But have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

    I have had that same problem, some games keep track and others dont. I would put in a ticket with Xbox support
