    Why is it that my Event score on the Leader Board is always much higher than the score I calculate on my Calculator. Do we gain points when we have to try again ?

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection connection issues

    Hello

    100Mbps down / 20 Mbps up fibre connection to house

    Using speedtest.net - devices show pings of 11-16 ms over all tests

    Wifi speeds are showing as 30Mbps for g, and 100mbps for ac

    on pc - I have changed the wifi to ac - so its no longer an issue.

    But still can not connect on Android phone.

    And still see none of my friends event scores in game - used to see them fine. This seems to be happening to all my friends - only able to see own scores when look at 'friends' tab - no friends show. Looking back through previous events - I can not see
    friends scores even in events where previously I could see their scores.

    Clan members not scoring in clan events

    If you enlisted in the event before he was a member of the clan, he wont have his scores count. Also make sure that he is playing the correct game mode. All the clan ops for BO2 so far are Core only. If none of those are the problem then contact Activision

    Solitaire Event scores not recording correctly

    I have a similar, although slightly different issue. Was playing the event last night, had a total time of around 20 minutes for the first 15 challenges. Started playing again this morning at around 10 am. Finished just now and
    the cumulative time (according to the leaderboard) for the 30 challenges was 12hrs 13mins!

    I signed out of the event last night, so can't figure out why there are around 11 hours over the time I actually played.
