Event Code 1005 - Game won't Launch

Event Error - Game will not load at all and shows no errors - Please Help - Note followed all steps/built new profile/ run as admin/ firewall / added exceptions / default nvidia settings - meet all min req/ sfc scans chkdsk scan / c++ / and more. need help.
