Kindly check if you have any active subscriptions there.

If there is no subscriptions there, it means that the subscription is on a different account. Please check the other accounts you have access to.

You can also check all the accounts you have downloaded on the console then do the steps below to see which account has an active subscription.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

Let´s check for updates first

Type “Update” on the Windows search bar and open “Check for Updates.” check for updates

Click on “Check for updates.” Also, download any available updates.

If the system finds additional updates, let the system download and install them. install windows updates

Restart your PC after finishing the update installation.

After that, try to play the games again.

My games with gold don't launch and it tells me to renew my subscription even though I have a subscription active and paid for. Do you have any idea how to fix this?

I tried doing both of your suggestions but it still says I need to join game pass to play games even though I already am.

I fixed the problem. I don't why but when I turned off recurring billing it re activated my subscription on my profile and I can use game pass again.

I'm having the error code 0x00000001 as well. Can't download any games from game pass even though I have an active subscription.
