It isn’t your gamepass it should work on other games, however once a game leaves gamepass you can no longer play it with the subscription. You can buy the game and you will be able to play.

Hi, if you are speaking about the 1$/€ gamepass ultimate for 3 months the promotion is valid for all the users only for their first subscription to gamepass ultimate, therefore if you never had a GP ultimate subscription it should be valid for you till january
6th also if you have other active gamepass or gold subscription (they will be converted and merged to ultimate, more info here). Have you tried opening the promotion with
your account? It should show you the final conversion and how much will you pay

If you have already been a GP ultimate subscriber in the past the promotion is not valid for you

As far as I understood you account must have be automatically renewed to the standard Monthly subsc. as per the messagging that you must have seen when viewing the purchase details of the the promotion 2$/month for 2 months.

Also , if you had read the TOU , you would have know that the service is set to renewal untill you stops that renewal.

Any way , your subsc. must have been extended to a further month.

If you check your Subsc. , and these conditions are not available , then Call Xbox Support.

I have 3 months of gamepass Core, can i get them upgraded to gamepass ultimate? I am not able to use my gamepass core on PC?

You will get 2 months of Ultimate. I'm not sure about the PC part, though.

My gamepass ultimate subscription has expired I tried to update it and it did not renew, I canceled the subscription and it doesn't want to renew. I even tried the normal subscription and it also does not go through, I pay with my card and it says this method is no longer valid?
