Eurosport Player Error

    Eurosport Player Error


    For the past couple of weeks every time I attempt to launch the Eurosport Player app I get the error message

    "Sorry, the application server Eurosport Player is not available. Please try again later - null"

    I can still watch via PC and tablet apps so it looks like an XBL issue rather than Eurosport.

    There is a thread that's been revived from 2014 a few pages back that has now been locked that had a bunch of people complaining of the same problem but no solution.

    How to watch Eurosport

    I would like to watch Eurosport on the Eurosport Player App on Xbox 360. Trying to access the App gives an error message saying it is not available and to go to the Xbox web-site. This site says that you can get the Eurosport Player but a subscription is
    required? If I subscribe to Eurosport player via their web-site will this give me access on my Xbox 360?

    Same here. It was fine around 2-3 weeks ago but ever since then ive been getting this error. If you keep hitting retry it eventually works.

    Fine for me on pc too, only Xbox one has the issue it seems.

    Yeah still nothing, I seem to be getting a similar issue with Netflix and All4 now as well.

    Going to bump this again. Still have the issue. Only response so far is an automatic email:

    "Have we solved your issue? Tell us how we did"

    I would love to tell you how you did... once you solve my issue.

    It wouldn't be so much of a problem if I wasn't actually paying a subscription fee for the service! Right now I'm literally throwing money away.

    Hey, guys! This is not something we can assist with. If the app has disappeared from the Store, and you are still unable to connect, you will need to
    reach out to Eurosport.

    It does appear that they
    no longer list Xbox consoles     as an app they support anymore, so you will want to find out if that is accurate. If you have any other support issues you need assistance with, please post up a new detailed thread so that our community can work on helping
