    Such info from yesterday and still/now -> "Eurosport Player app is not available at this time - go to www.xbox.com/status for more information." ...

    Hmm.. But website(/s) shows that status is OK.

    So now what?

    A) just waiting (but how long..)?

    How to watch Eurosport

    I would like to watch Eurosport on the Eurosport Player App on Xbox 360. Trying to access the App gives an error message saying it is not available and to go to the Xbox web-site. This site says that you can get the Eurosport Player but a subscription is
    required? If I subscribe to Eurosport player via their web-site will this give me access on my Xbox 360?

    The speed test on the xbox one isn't the most reliable.

    British Superbikes is on Eurosport so I would assume it would be on the Eurosport app.

    With apps, in most cases, the connection issues lie with the companies that run the app rather than Microsoft. In this case Eurosport themselves.

    I'm getting the exact same message now although it was working fine a few days ago. It seems to be a Microsoft problem as I can still stream Eurosport through the iOS app.

    i think when all channels works fine only the one channel is that problem, you must contact the app creator or eurosport. i don't think we can help you here in the forum

    Usually the app makers are responsible for what happens within their app.

    Microsoft only provides the marketplace to download the app to their systems (i.e. your console).

    So if you followed the advice above, and restarted the console and re-installed the app, and the issues persist, you will have to contact Eurosport support for further information on how to resolve that issue.
