    Hello.

    First off, this support is quite bad. I can't chat with you guys to resolve this problem, really? I had to create a twitter account and now i have to write this post.

    Anyway...

    My problem is that i bought a 5 euro giftcard online since i cant visit any local stores today, but wanted to buy some Skate 3 DLC.

    I activated the card and i can see the funds on my microsoft account, but when i try to buy anything, it tells me i dont have any funds/need a credit card to buy it.

    I have no clue why this happened. Is it not possible to convert the euro to chf? Shouldn't be much of a hassle. I can't seem to refund my 5 euros nor can i use them. Microsoft basically created a second, german account, which i can't seem to use/switch to.
    I figured i'd be smart and just use the online store instead of the built in xbox store, but there are only like 10 games, not the one i want and expecially not the dlc i wanted to buy.

    I really want to buy the DLC, and as it looks right now, i bascally wasted 5 euros.

    Please help!

    i have a problem. i bought a 25 euro gift card and succesfully redeemed a code.

    now my balance is a little over 25 euro and i would like to purchase EA access for twelve months. this cost 24,99 euro which means i have enough money on my account. but the only way i found to buy it is to pay the 24,99 directly. i don't want to do this
    because it is a waste of my giftcard. so i need to know how i can get EA acces with the money already in my balance

    please i realy need help with this

    i have 1 problem i come from poland but i am in germany

    i want buy game and i have giftcard on euro but in konsole i have on pln( its a
    polish currency)

    and i dont know what to do i have on microsoft account and on xbox region germany but all game was on polish currency not on germany

    someone can help me?

    Well first currency cards are region locked

    Meaning whatever region the card is purchased in is that region

    Ms nor sony or any gaming company is a bank they don't do currency transfers or exchange rates

    You have to buy cards based on your account region

    Well first currency cards are region locked

    Meaning whatever region the card is purchased in is that region

    Ms nor sony or any gaming company is a bank they don't do currency transfers or exchange rates

    You have to buy cards based on your account region

    You can turn that 10 euro Xbox giftcard into about 4-5 euro you will never be able to sell it for straight cash

    There are tons of giftcard selling or trading websites you will have to find one based on your region

    There is no 1to 1 trades

    It's usually the website buys cards at a discount or another user

    And the you buy another card if there is one

    Selling giftcards never work in your favor

    Just use it

    And no there is no refunds on giftcard nor will a company ever exchange for a giftcard for another company

    Especially with steams rates

    You would need to be on the US region to spend USD

    You should be using Euros. Did you get the giftcard online?
