    EU power adapter?


    Is there an official xbox one 220 (european) power adapter I can purchase? I'm in the military and preparing to move to Europe and know that my current 110 adapter wont work. I've seen adapters on eBay, but I'm hesitant to buy aftermarket products in fear
    of it damaging my console.

    Any help would be appreciated

    I'm not sure about getting one part without the other, but remember that different countries in the EU have different power socket types. Make sure you get the right plug type for the country you will be using the Xbox One in.

    Hello, I bought my Xbox One from the US but I intend to use it in the EU. I'm getting my power brick replaced by Microsoft to a suitable one but as I understand the replacement does not come with a power cord (the cord that connects the brick to the power
    outlet). Does any one know if I can purchase a suitable power cord online? I tried a few google and ebay searches but all the listings are for the entire power brick which I don't need. Thanks

    It is possible that Phone Support may be able to send you an EU power adapter. You should give them a call to see what help they can provide.

    I am ex military it really gets me when companies don't support their service men/women, you would need to know if using a power adapter would effect your rights to get repairs done under warranty, I would go for the official power brick for the country

    I've meant to replace US 110V power supply with EU standard one 220V

    USA -> Germany, Power Brick

    Have a look on your Xbox One power brick. If it says 120v-240v then you just need a US to EU travel adapter.

    If it only says 120v then you would need a power transformer.

    Both options are easier to get than a new Xbox One power setup.

    Hi guys

    I have the same problem, i got an Xbox One present from my brother, it's still on the way, but he ordered from Amazon US.

    I spoke to an Xbox Live representative and i told him i was considering (like you guys) to either :

    1) Use another plug to connect US connector and make it EU plug

    2) Buy a seperate EU power brick

    I believe in all fairness that option 2 is most recommended just to avoid certain problems (i don't know too much about convertors & stuff).

    A solution for all you guys out there, i'm about to order a seperate power brick for Xbox One which is the EU version, found this on the following link :

    Looks to me like that's the one i would need. I'll order it & when i get it (along with my Xbox from Amazon US), i'll let you guys now of this worked.
