"Is it ok to ask all of your friends to file complaints against a player that you don’t get along with?" - did you see if i had contact with any complainants in the last 24 hours because i have not needed to speak to anyone not on my list in the past week
last thing i was doing before banned for talking to my friends in a private chat/party about facebook, and the ghost recon beta finishing at 6 a.m.. talking about buying a game is bad?

everyone, and no one should ever have to feel unsafe or threatened on

the service. Every gamer should feel welcome, and that experience cannot

be achieved if players are permitted to harass and abuse others. Even

if the behavior was intended simply as smack talk, when such language is

used in an attempt to abuse, demean, or otherwise cause genuine offense

it’s no longer smack talk, but harassment.

While we appreciate your

passion regarding this enforcement, we can assure you that this

suspension was not issued lightly. Suspensions are only issued following

a rigorous investigation of the account’s activity and conduct

confirming that a Code of Conduct violation occurred. Additionally,

following the submission of this Case Review inquiry we thoroughly

reviewed the circumstances behind the enforcement and again confirmed

that the violation occurred and that enforcement action was warranted.

As a result, we cannot adjust or remove the suspension.

Can I get someone that reads, please?

I was only speaking with people on my list, actual friends i know, i've met in person, had drinks with, so why are you trying to politically get involved in a conversation you're not apart of, that didn't identify one active xbox live user being insulted,
or harassed?

SO WHOSE 'feelings' WERE YOU DEFENDING ?

I recommend GHOST RECON: WILD LANDS for THE ONE to two people that i've chatted with before the ban and two others on a phone call ,where you can't eavesdrop and accept two week bans for not liking FACEBOOK as before, making it 4 people.

This is a clear example of someone that does not care for the progression of XBOX Live, and don't state we unless you're implying all of the voluntary EU are power crusaders on a trip.

Thank you for your generic response that answered nothing I wanted, so i could throw your specific terrible use of service on the forums for others to see.

Eu wouldve forced mintendo and ms and sony base onthe next gen systems if it was going to be legally plausiable
