Eternal Strands won't launch on my PC

Restart Your PC: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix the issue.

Run the Program as Administrator: Right-click on the game executable and select Run as administrator. You can also set it to always run as an administrator by going to the game folder, right-clicking on the executable, selecting Properties, navigating to the Compatibility tab, and checking the box for Run this program as an administrator.

Please check for any updates for the game.

Open the game launcher and look for an update option.

And make sure to close Intensive/Unwanted Programs. Ensure that there are no other intensive programs are running in the background. Lower your game's settings to reduce resource usage.

Next is to check for Outdated Drivers. To do this, kindly visit the website of your GPU manufacturer (NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel) and download the latest drivers.

I appreciate your response in such short time. i tried everything you said but non of them worked and I had to perform a clean windows re-install.

the problem was most likely a problem with the Beta version of Xbox app so I won't join the insider program this time.

There are a couple of things we could try to solve it.

So, let's try this, first, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

Then try this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then, try to uninstall and install the Xbox app.

If it still doesn't work you're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell command, then you're going to open the gamepass app, it will ask you to download and install the game services again :

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, it will ask you to install the gaming services again, install it and try again.

If neither of those procedures works, try to restore your PC's OS via the ISO image tool, using that tool you will be able to maintain your installed games and files.

2. Did this game launched with no issue before? Is there an update that happen before this issue start to show?
   
3. Since the error message detected Twitch Studio, may we know if you have tried to sign out on Twitch Studio and sign in back?
