I hope you are doing well today. Welcome to the Xbox Community. Thank you for reaching out to Xbox Forums. You are having issues with Edge of Eternity on PC Game Pass. I am happy to help and provide some suggestions which I hope resolve your problem. Is this the only game that you cannot install and play? I tried to replicate the issue that you were reporting and unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce it. As I was able to install the game, launch it and play on 4 different devices using Windows 10 & 11. Please try the suggestions I have provided below

Solution 1: Reset Windows 10 store & Xbox app

1. Open Settings.

2. Go to Apps -> Apps & features.

3. On the right side, look for Microsoft Store/Xbox App and click it.

4. The advanced options link will appear. Click it

5. Next, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store/Xbox App to default settings.

Solution 2: Try reinstalling the Gaming Services package on your Windows 10 device:

1. Right-click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
   
2. In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:
   
3. Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
   

Solution 3: Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode; this error could also be attributed to issues with the Microsoft store not recognizing your entitlement to the game. Then scroll down and click on the drop-down arrow and look at the steps for How to enable offline play on your device

Solution 4: Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files If some Windows functions aren't working or Windows crashes, use the System File Checker to scan Windows and restore your files. Sometimes corrupted files can cause issues.

You most likely need to adjust the screen size, which can be done by going to your Xbox's Settings > General > TV & Display options > Calibrate TV. Press Next until you get to the Aspect Ratio & Sharpness screen. At that screen, go to your TV's settings and change the aspect ratio.

Unfortunately, there's nothing on the game's or console's settings that would allow you to change the screen size. What you might be able to do is to report this problem directly to the game's social media on Twitter/Instagram, possibly.
