ETA on Xbox Live Issues?.....

Hello,

I'm in Ontario Canada.. played a couple games of COD AW before dinner when I came back I have zer0 friends online...

First thing I've checked as always - Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage and it says Social & Gaming Limited.. wasn't very detailed.

My friends can talk and speak but I cannot.. X on my name in game lobby, and I just sit in party can hear everyone and to no success nobody can hear me.

I've also tried 2 hard resets and cycled my inet modem.... no dice.

Wait it out...?

Any other solutions?...

Any info would be great.

XBOX Live Outage.. ETA??

Xbox Live services for games are currently all fully operational.

The current service outage lies with TV, Music and Video only. [Mod Removed]

In terms of games freezing - can I just double check, is this for Xbox One?

If so - please go to Settings (press the 3 lines button on your controller, then Settings), then go to Disc & Blu-Ray, then select Clear Persistent Storage.

Finally, hold your finger over the power button for exactly 15 seconds. Your console will fully shut-down. After, please turn it back on and try opening a game.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! That worked!

To confirm for those with similar issues, I do have the Xbox One and cleared the BR storage and did a hard reset of the box. After that, I also applied the latest update for XB1 and everything seems to work now (as far as game content is concerned).

Sorry to see you're facing issues with the Xbox Live service.

The service is currently all working apart from a couple issues with Casting functionality on some Media apps.

Are you still facing issues?
