ETA on xbox enforcement page working?

They're not an Ambassador. They did issue a fix last week, but some people are still affected. If you still can't see your suspension on the site, contact support. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

I was hoping I get a reply from a moderator not an Ambassador but yeah that all I can do is wait.

The issue is currently being worked on and i hear a fix started rolling out today, so I'll suggest you keep checking the page from today, you should be able to see the status of your suspension within a short time.

Yhe enforcement team do not issue bans based on a number of reports. So being spam reporting won't result in a ban. Yes, you can be banned for messages more than a week old. It can take time for investigations to happen.

Sorry to hear it. Please be sure that the parental account is the one signing in to the enforcement page. There you will see the reason for the action and will be able to open a Case Review with the PET.

Unfortunately, beyond that, there is nothing that anyone here can do to help.
