There is a list of countries that for geo-political reasons are not part of xbox live regions. If you decide to use the live service in such areas you do so at your own risk.

Sorry to hear that dear friend. You can set your regional settings to live supported country but that is against rules. Your credit card won't work. I hope that support for Estonia will come soon.

Adding countries for full Xbox Live support is actually quite complicated.

Microsoft have to set up operations in countries they want to do business in. Arrangements have be made for paying local taxes and abiding by other local laws and customs. Licensing is also an added complication.

When you purchase content on the system in supported regions, part of the cost isTax or VAT. These taxes are collected by the government of the country Live operates in. It would be illegal to sell content in unsupported regions as no tax would be paid.

Unfortunately Estonia is not a supported country for Xbox live.

As suggested you could set to another region and use online codes but this is against the terms of use and may result in action against the account.

As also said hopefully Estonia will be supported in the near future.

Yes, I purchased my console from my friend in Estonia. The COD was purchased from Amazon (GERMANY) one as Finest Hour on OG XBOX was not on sale in Estonia.
