    6 Months Live & 5 Games - Still not received codes

    Purchased the 6 months live and 5 games deal on the 26th of March and still have not received the games codes despite it being much after the 4-6 week estimated time frame.

    Sadly, as of right now, there is no estimated time for when the service alert will be gone. You can always check the status here though:

    Hi there!

    There is a known issue regarding account suspensions, which is being looked into by Microsoft. As far as I am aware, there is no time estimate as to when it will be fixed, but it shouldn't be too long.

    No estimate was given. However, if it is like anything server issue in the past, it should be a quick fix. I'm in no position to give a time frame though. The issue is also server wide, so multiple accounts are being affected.

    Hello all,

    There is no estimated time when this will be fixed they are working on it diligently. You can get notified when the service alert changes or is fixed by going to the

    Xbox server status     and selecting "Notify Me".
