    So i cant even play offline because your **** service requires me to be online to play anything with my xbox live account. I used to be able to play offline and still access my Save files. Now I cant Play ANYTHING Apps. Games Videos.. Ive got no problem
    paying you for years of this. You have no problem taking my money. So can you please have the courtesy of telling us an ETA? If this is an issue with Network security "ddos" then id like to Speak to a representative immediately so that I may Cancell my xbox
    live account. and id like to be refunded the remainder of my subscription.

    You didn't get bumped to the end of the line, the estimated wait time is based off of average call length along with the number of people in front of you, in other words, the CSR's are getting stuck on phone calls for a longer period of time, hence, your
    increase in estimated wait time.

    They told me ETA is 2-3 more hours if at all tonight. I'm about to go back to PlayStation, hell with them.

    At any given time, I can count at least 400 ppl playing Der Riese, and maybe 29 ppl playing Shi No Numa. Maybe that's just a sign that the WaW maps were never in huge demand.
