Estimated Delivery 11/12 | Pending

On my order page it said estimated delivery November 12, but still says pending and has not arrived.

email 1 - Tuesday 11/26/2013-Tuesday 12/03/2013

email 2 - New Estimated Delivery Date: 12/05/2013 - 12/23/2013

email 3 - The correct estimated delivery date is , as indicated in your original order. This was an automated email that was generated in error.

I have the same issue. It says on my email, estimated delivery 11/12, but no further info yet.

It did say 11/12 estimated delivery. The charge was pending, and there is and was sufficient funds to cover, but the pending charge that was showing on my PNC oline banking has disappeared and it was not posted (not charged for it). I had my fingers crossed
that the console might show up tomorrow. lol, I doubt it, but that would be cool. Dec 23rd wouldn't be bad either, I have to build a cabinet for this and the new TV to go in, so that'll give me some time.

I have the same issue, pre-ordered 9/11/20 estimated delivery 12/11/20. Nothing received so far except the order confirmation email, order status just shows "pending".

Having spoken to a very pleasant lady on the helpline ETA is now 23/12/20!

Apparently my "pre-order" is the second batch release. I did point out that the sales website is massively misrepresenting the delivery date. It appears this is a "glitch" they are working on. It sounded like she had given this scripted answer a lot.

If they had given an honest delivery ETA I would have looked elsewhere too, but now its too late.

Very poor customer service from MS Store, no update whatsoever to tell me the delivery estimate was off by about 5 weeks! Just wait until the customer calls in to query it.

Not the way to release the best next gen console MS, your good press for console will be marred by the bad press for not fulfilling orders....
