Olá, adquiri meu xbox one x em julho de 2018, com ele vieram dois cartões presentes um xbox game pass e o outro xbox live gold. No mesmo dia que ganhei inseri o cartão game pass, funcionou normalmente. Hoje dia 12/11/2018 fui inseri o código do xbox live
gold e apareceu que o código já tinha sido resgatado, olhei no meu histórico de pedido e só tinha o que eu havia realmente utilizado!

Eu não utilizei o cartão presente xbox live gold, gostaria de saber o que ocorreu!

[Edit - Translation] - Hello, I purchased my xbox one x in July 2018, with it came two cards present an xbox game pass and the other xbox live gold.
The same day I won I inserted the game pass card, it worked normally.
Today 12/11/2018 I inserted the xbox livegold code and it appeared that the code had already been rescued, I looked at my order history and only had what I had actually used!

I did not use the xbox live gold gift card, I wonder what happened!

Quando vou usar o código fala que já foi usado no console e no site não tem como nem resgatar o código de 14 dias de teste oque eu faco

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, there Is not much support for codes that are already redeemed here on forums support. I recommend speaking with a live agent to go over any possible options they may have for you.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues with redeeming a code. We recommend going over the digital
code solution. Even way to request a new code if certain criteria is met. Let us know how it goes. If the answer isn't there we recommend requesting a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
