Essential packages update not work for xbox

Xbox services was disabled

Hey folks! Today Video Kinect has/will receive a title update, which will remove Messenger integration. Essentially what changes, is Video Kinect now only works Xbox to Xbox. Cheers!

I can walk into any game store or super-market, visit any online store, and buy a Kinect free Xbox 360 console. Hell it isn't even packaged with every 360 at the Microsoft store.

I fixed the issue, had to do a windows update, then I just plugged it in, and it installed and worked fine. So for anyone else with this problem just do windows update (it was in the non essential update section).
