"How do I create an ESOTU account on Xbox One?

We are continuing to investigate the issue some players are encountering when they attempt to log into ESOTU on Xbox One. Console players who receive the error message, "LOGIN FAILED An unexpected internal error has occurred." are encouraged to verify that
they have followed the process below:

Players who want to play The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited on the Xbox One will be prompted to create a new ESOTU account (or link to an existing one) directly from the console.

New players will need to create a new ESOTU account, by registering their e-mail address, and follow the on-screen instructions. They will also have the option to sign up for Bethesda updates, newsletters, and special offers at this time.

Players who already have an ESOTU account will be able to log in using their existing ESOTU UserID and password after they have linked their Xbox Live and ESOTU accounts by following the on-screen prompts during setup.

Players will still need to link their ESOTU accounts to their Xbox Live accounts when the game launches on consoles, but they will be able to manage their account information at: account.elderscrollsonline.com

Important: Once players created their ESOTU account through the console, they will have 72 hours to verify it. A verification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address associated with their account. If players do not receive a verification e-mail, they can
request another one by pressing [X] at the prompt. Players who are unable to locate their original verification e-mail or encounter issues while requesting a new one should contact ESOTU Customer Support at

Try creating the account on the ESO website then link your XBL acc. to it.

i dont find it fair that somone may not know what a mdded lobby is and may think that its double xp or something and get banned from xbox live for it. I say either fix something up for it or tell iw and treyarch to get there act together or take the servers
down or make a reporting system e.g take a picture of their profile as they often say "join modding revolution.com for free infections and hacks" you get the idea anyway

Can somone tell me how good the survival mode is?

Not only are servers down. But they refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem so who knows when it'll be fixed

just microsoft dont let servers shut down or tell this **** companies to fix servers before servers are will be down i few weeks !!!!! morons!
