ESO: What race and alliance are you playing for?

I'm downloading the beta as we speak so once I get in I'll get a feel for the characters but leaning toward a Breton or a Khajiit personally. I like the Daggerfall Covenant as my alliance I think. Going to decide once I finish playing beta.

I agree about guilds forming. If you look on some other websites like tamriel foundry or ESO fan Forum you can find a playerbase. But because of the late launch and the fact many console players dont look into forums its hard to get an idea for the base.
Also keep in mind if you pre order you can do the any race and alliance for your characters. But a lot of people still like to remain in their own alliances. Some guilds even only accept those from their alliance. You can check out shadows of sithis. Its
an AD guild, we arn't to worried about to much before launch but just trying to get some players together so we are good to go at launch.

Probably Red Guard but that's because I usually find myself playing as such, no matter what class I decide to pursue.

Eh might have to join you on the Ebonheart Pact now Angelus. Was pretty impressed by the ESO Argonians. Never really liked them before but they have really brought them to life in this mmorpg.

I've had my doubts about this game thanks to the sub fee, but as others have pointed out, You normally spend about that a month anyway either buying a new game or DLC for a game you already own. All you have to do is substitute one of your expenses for
another game in exchange for this one.

But as for what class I'm gonna pick, I've always been privy to the wood elf class, in oblivion they were the best archers, and in Skyrim they STARTED out as the best archers but because of how they set up the game any character class could become a good
archer. As of lately I've been digging the new look of the Argonians and the Khajitt. No matter who i pick though I'm joining the Ebonheart Pact and am going to start as an archer and then work on being a battlemage, one weapon and one spell, that way I will
always have that fallback skill in case I get in a jam

 

Imperial Dragonknight, Sword and shield, heavy armor in the Ebonheart pact eventually I will play the other alliances after I get bored of my first character.

 

I may create an Imperial Templar (Bow & Magic Battlemage) this go round but I will probably still fight for the Dominion. I think it is interesting that here on the forum there seems to be a strong leaning towards the Ebonheart Pact and yet last beta the
most crowded starter area all weekend was in the Dominion. I found Bleakrock nearly deserted. Of course that may also mean that the Pact types are also the type that get out of town fast.

 

In the first beta I was in Bleakrock was packed and most the guys blew through the content really fast. I think a lot of them rerolled the last beta. This beta has been updated though so we might see more come back to EP. From the latest beta invite -

"You are invited to participate in our upcoming test of the
newest version of the game! This is our final large-scale beta event before Early Access."

 

Mine didn't come today. *sniff* will I need a new key? Can I crash the party?

 

Never mind Lady B it says in the link I provided "If you’ve been invited to previous beta events, you’ll be able to participate this weekend, too." You should just be able to patch your launcher and log in on the day.
