    eso plus


    Win I bought eso plus two weeks ago it seed it would take effect after I logged out and back in when I did that it did not show up on my characters. I then tried to see if it did not go through by buying it again but it said only one of this item
    is available per account. I tried contacting eso but they said to contact Microsoft and I have just been too busy to do it could you please activate my eso plus for my characters. and just in case you need the information I am on the north American server
    and bought it on 9/29/15 and xbox user name is

    Definitely understand the frustrations with this. Sounds like there may have been some confusion with this. For subscription issues such as this Phone/Chat support will be able to best help out. To check, did Bethesda recommend a refund on the subscription
    and then a repurchase?

    I have ESO Plus. I didn't get my monthly 1500 crowns. Checked to make sure I still had it and my account says it is paid for the month (until 10AUG) Still no crowns. Curious if anyone else has had this issue.

    there is an issue and you are not the only one on Xbox with the problem. This is day 2 for me and the only part that seems to be working is my craft bag. I can't travel to the DLC wayshrines

    my usual recurring bill date was the the 20th of every month

    it just happened to me (12/26-12/27) and Microsoft support cancelled my subscription for me and i paid for a new one -_-, though i showed them pictures that it was withdrawn from account earlier this month, they said it hadn't been completed on their end,
    which is weird as i had eso plus on the days following the transaction 21st-24th this month . They did tell me i could show my bank images of my orders page where it said the transaction was pending and reference the SR: # and that they would delete or refund
    me the amount... I'll be going to my bank tomorrow to see if this is true otherwise i'll be back in Microsoft support for a refund or credit me a month for having me repurchase a subscription in the same month...
