    eso plus renewal is broken


    When I go to crown store eso plus is not active however I got an email saying it renewed on the 6/1/2017 but did not receive crowns. I may not have been receiving crowns from auto renewals for 2-5 months but can't confirm that.

    At this point I tried to renew it again WITHOUT canceling first and got another email with a Microsoft charge. Can I get a refund and for eso plus to work properly? Thanks

    Note: I have access to craft bag however when I withdraw an item I can't put it back in the bag either.

    ESO Plus, Auto-renewal with no cancel options

    Yesterday I bought one month of ESO Plus to try it out for a month.

    But almost immediately try to find a way to cancel this "Auto-renewal" on ESO Plus.

    I see it on the xbox one, but with no cancel option. And on website its not even showing up under subscription



    Can someone at support turn off auto-renewal?

    Amount expired. Why?

    I had canceled the automatic renewal of the ESO PLUS subscription expiring on 16/07/2017.

    Now the subscription is correctly canceled but with a expired amount of 10 euros. Why?

    I am also having this exact issue. Microsoft Support talked me through removing and reinstalling my profile, clearing the MAC address and purging stored bluray data - and it worked...until I tried to play again. This is infuriating! Help!

    Same problem here! It would be nice if they didn't take your money unless the service actually worked at time of payment. The run around solution of clearing everything out is a bandage at best.

    ESO plus.

    I've been hearing this more and more lately, check if you do have the ESO Plus boon active when you are on a character.

    Other than that, all i can advice for now is to contact Xbox Support directly, and ask them when you will receive your crowns that are part of the ESO Plus subscription you have with them.

    For me it gave me my 1500 Crowns on the 9th of July, so exactly 1 month after i started the ESO Plus subscription. But i received an email about the renewal one week before the 9th of July, so it could be that your crowns are due on another date.
