    My ESO plus subscribe from Elder scrolls online is not working even tho i payed for it.

    Hey guys, i paid for Eso Plus but my membership is inactive, but i will not pay again for ESO Plus.

    Does somebody has an idea?

    ESO Plus Membership Issue

    My ESO plus membership renewed on December 04, 2016. When I logged in, I saw I had no plus benefits. I open the Crown Store and go to the ESO plus tab, and it says "not active".

    Hey there Qissar!

    Can you please clarify what happens when you try to use your subscription? Also, to check, is your Xbox One part of the Xbox One Preview Update?

    I am having the same issue for a couple days. Cannot use crafting bag. Also do not get experience. This is happened before and it was fixed. I opened a work ticket however I was told to call Xbox one and delete and re-do my subscription. That is ridiculous
    because this is the same issue that happened A few days after the craft bag was first released. Then it was fixed and there was an apology on the load screen. I don't know what the preview update is for Xbox one. However I am sure I did not sign up for anything
    extra. Thank you for your help.

    Yes it's not very good eso full of bugs. I had promlems before with eso plus stoping working and had to contact just keep contacting them or ask for refund.

    It's happening again - ESO Plus subscription is inactive.

    You have my money, that was taken out of my account on September 4th. As of this morning I no longer have an ESO Plus membership.

    The only suggestions I have seen so far is to turn my XB1 off then back on (didn't work) or cancel my subscription and start a new one.

    I have 2700 unused crowns on my account right now. If I cancel my subscription, am I going to lose all of my crowns? What about all of the stuff in my craft bag? I use the crafting bag a lot and it's full of all kinds of crafting items I need to play the
    game. I have been gathering those items for months. Are they going to be gone kinda like my subscription?

    Heya iiPinkBunni.

    Definitely understand the frustrations with this. Sounds like there may have been some confusion with this. For subscription issues such as this Phone/Chat support will be able to best help out. To check, did Bethesda recommend a refund on the subscription
    and then a repurchase?
