ESO Plus not showing while subscription still active

Hoping I can get an answer from someone here since there seems to be no good option to actually speak with someone about this. My ESO Plus subscription does not renew until the end of the month, however, for the past few nights I no longer see the benefits
of having this active subscription. I believe that it started on Thursday night. That night, I signed out, shut down my system and watched a tv show for about 20 minutes before turning the system back on and logging into the game at which time it worked for
the rest of the night.

Friday night, same issue though there were other Xbox Live issues occurring and once those were resolved, my ESO Plus showed in the game as it should. Now, today, same problem but apparently all services are good. I have rebooted my machine as in the past
to no avail. What can be done to solve this problem? Is this going to be an ongoing byproduct of everyone being stuck at home?

while i got almost the same issue.

on my Microsoft account, it says eso plus is expired.

wich is so weird because its still active on the elder scroll online wich I already contacted

they say its a Microsoft fault.

I tried to click on manage than its loads back to expired page not letting me manage ad all because i want to cancel mine eso plus but can,t really because it bugged

I HAVE TALKED TO ZENIMAX AND THEY STATE IT IS A MICROSOFT ISSUE. Both Microsoft and ZENIMAX need to figure it out and FIX THE PROBLEM.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues with your ESO subscription. We recommend reaching out to ESO as they handle the subscription benefits. Only thing Microsoft does is let you manage the subscription through the console.

I can confirm that this is a major issue ongoing with a great deal of players for ESO. Many are very angry, guidance would be nice, talking to Zenimax about the issues would be even better.

My ESO PLUS IS STILL HAVING ISSUES. I have contacted them and they said THIS IS A MICROSOFT ISSUE. That they are working with MICROSOFT to resolve it. So why is Microsoft saying it's an ESO ISSUE?? FIX IT!
