    ESO Plus - No Discount for Multiple Month Purchase - Why?


    I'd like to know why Microsoft does not allow users to purchase an ESO Plus Membership on anything BUT a month to month membership? PS4 and PC/Mac both offer month to month AND discounts if you do a 3 month subscription or 6 month subscription.

    ESO Plus not active

    I haven't been on ESO for about a month, but when I got the bill on July 3rd for my monthly renewal I decided to log in. However, I didn't receive any crowns for this month and when I go to the "Purchase ESO plus" menu, it says that my subscription isn't
    active.

    I sent a message to ESO and they said to ask Xbox support. So, here I am.

    (I just cancelled my ESO plus subscription until I find what's happening as I've seen quite a few people having this issue of not receiving their monthly crowns.)

    ESO Plus, Auto-renewal with no cancel options

    Yesterday I bought one month of ESO Plus to try it out for a month.

    But almost immediately try to find a way to cancel this "Auto-renewal" on ESO Plus.

    I see it on the xbox one, but with no cancel option. And on website its not even showing up under subscription



    Can someone at support turn off auto-renewal?

    Its up to Bethesda, they only offer monthly subscription plans for consoles.

    either way, that is a business / marketing decision, and beyond the control of anyone here in the forums. it may be seen by some as a bad decision, but no one here can really tell you why they made it this way, or do anything about it, sorry.

    The problem lies in the automatic renewel of the ESO Plus and the 1500 Crowns bonuse,

    @MemphizUK buying Crowns in bundles would not generally give problems.

    The reason why you need to contact Xbox Support for ESO Plus problems, is because of the subscription is with Microsoft directly, and not with Zenimax.

    I don't think we're be seeing an elder scrolls game just yet, what with ESO being released last year, and zenimax and bethesda being in the same stable, plus the ESO console release is next month. They might want to milk ESO for a while :)
