ESO Plus Crown Problems

I have had problems getting my Crowns credited to my account each month while paying for the ESO Plus subscription, it seems that last month's and this month's crowns were never credited. I contacted support for ESO and they just told me to contact Microsoft
Support, I contacted Microsoft Support via chat and it seemed extremely unhelpful that gave no results (they just wanted me to uninstall and reinstall). It seems like this is an account issue (not billing since I have had both charges for each month clear
and it shows I have an active ESO plus subscription).

Any ideas what avenue I should pursue in trying to get this resolved from anyone else that may have had this issue before and gotten it resolved?

The problem lies in the automatic renewel of the ESO Plus and the 1500 Crowns bonuse,

@MemphizUK buying Crowns in bundles would not generally give problems.

The reason why you need to contact Xbox Support for ESO Plus problems, is because of the subscription is with Microsoft directly, and not with Zenimax.

Almost a year later and the same crap is going on. Fix it or I will take my money to ps4.

 

I feel you -- having the same issues here, too, for the past couple years now. So far, the only way I've been able to get my crowns is to go back and forth between Microsoft and Zenimax support -- Zenimax eventually manually adds the crowns to my account,
but when the next month comes up, I'm stuck doing it all over again. It's not a method of resolving the issue, but at least it's a way to get your crowns. I'm sorry I can't be of more help - I'd love to know what to do about this, myself! Best of luck to you.~
