    ESO plus cancelation


    hi I was hoping to get some help cancelling my ESO plus subscription for Xbox one as I no longer play the game enough to Warrant 15 dollars a month on it but I can't seem to find a way to do it, when purchasing the ESO plus subscription it said I could cancel
    anytime at Xbo.com/accounts but I haven't been able to figure out how any help would be great thanks.

    Heya iiPinkBunni.

    Definitely understand the frustrations with this. Sounds like there may have been some confusion with this. For subscription issues such as this Phone/Chat support will be able to best help out. To check, did Bethesda recommend a refund on the subscription
    and then a repurchase?

    ESO plus.

    I have ESO Plus. I didn't get my monthly 1500 crowns. Checked to make sure I still had it and my account says it is paid for the month (until 10AUG) Still no crowns. Curious if anyone else has had this issue.

    Having the same problem it seems the only way to cancel anything Microsoft is to cancel the card attached to the account, I've even tried leaving my account empty but as soon as mine goes in there BOOM MS have got ya.
