    ESO Plus, Auto-renewal with no cancel options


    Yesterday I bought one month of ESO Plus to try it out for a month.

    But almost immediately try to find a way to cancel this "Auto-renewal" on ESO Plus.

    I see it on the xbox one, but with no cancel option. And on website its not even showing up under subscription



    Can someone at support turn off auto-renewal?

    There's no option to cancel auto renewal on my account via the website.

    I can't get my auto renewal off, and in subscriptions I can't find and option saying cancel auto renewal what do I do?

    @nsocphi Your wrong, its a subscription that goes via xbox store.

    Bestheda will say its Microsoft, and that is because the transaction is done by xbox store and there system
