ESO game achievements not posting to Xbox Live or increasing Gamer score

Hey I've been working really hard at the Dark Anchor achievements in ESO, as well as several others and I just realized that I am not getting credit for the achievements on Xbox, like I do on other games. Tonight I got the "chain breaker" and the one for
closing all the dolmens in Ebonheart Pact, and still no posts to Xbox, and no update to gamer score. I find this really upsetting because I want to show my progress through the game in my activity feed. Who do I need to contact to fix the issue? Is it a microsoft
problem, or an ESO problem?

I have ESO Gold, and I just signed up today for ESO Plus. I'm definitely spending enough money on the game.. so that can't be the issue. And as I said, other game achievements from different games post normally. I'm not used to using these forums, sorry
if it's miscategorized.

My Gamerscore Got Reset Can u Help Me ?

When a gamer score has been done that means that the XBOX Live Enforcement Team has found that you have either glitched or modified your games in some way to unlock achievements in a way that you did not earn them. Even if you did it in 1 game and only for

gamer score question

This is a bit hard to word so please bare with me here.

I know when you get an xbox 1 you can transfer your gamer score from the 360 to it. My question is once you start increasing your gamer score on xbox 1 games what happens if you got back and play an xbox 360 game and get new achievements there? Do they also
add to your now xbox 1 score or do they get forgotten or what? How does this work exactly?

It's not a big deal but I'd still like to know what to expect because I want an xbox 1 but there are still a lot of 360 games I need to play too.

 

SO.. Nobody can resolve this issue or has had similar experiences??? I contacted ESO directly and filled out a trouble ticket. They told me the problem is Microsoft XBOX, and I have to solve it here. I really hate it when no one wants to take responsibility
so they just keep shoving the customer back and forth and never fix the problem...
