ESO Failed to Login

I know this is a known issue but it seems hardly been takled by either company.

Any way i have been playing ESO since xbox launch but over the last few years i have been plagued by the Failed to login issue.

Now before you all come at me with the usual port forward and all that i have tried it all it makes zero difference. I have even tried to login on my brothers Xbox at my mums but i get the same problem which is odd as he can login straight away no problem.

Basically i can't login into ESO as there seems to be something wrong with my account and i wish to have micrsosoft look into it as there is clearly something wrong.

Thanks for the update on the ESO server login issue. As mentioned by XBF Amber, the ESO error message is within the log in to their servers, we recommend to reach out to
ESO Support to help report the issue. Thank you for verifying that this is the only game with the login error and you're able to access other games via Xbox Live as it would
indicate an issue with their servers specifically rather than the Xbox servers.

I can confirm that it seems to be only ESO that is having issues every other game i have is fine.

The usual pop up is Login Failed connection to server timed out. Please try again later.

It does look like its an issue on tbeir side but getting them to actually to something is going to be interesting. I will keep this question updated. As i know its it

itt directly Xbox fault but they really need to badger zenimax to fix it properly.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. When you stated you've received a message about failure to log in, is this into Xbox Live or to the ESO server when you're trying to get into ESO? Are you able to successfully log into other
games that require Xbox Live and only ESO is affected? Are you getting any specific error codes along with the message?

Should it only be ESO and if related to your log in to their servers, then that would definitely be a reason to
reach out to ESO Support, especially if you're able to access other games via Xbox Live as it would indicate an issue with their servers specifically rather than the Xbox servers.

You may also wish to check out the
Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) subreddit as well since it seems that others on there are experiencing the same issue you describe.

Tried to log in... failed, tried 5 more times, failed! At least now I'm getting an instant "connection to server timed out" message as soon as I hit A.

Hello, actually I am able to login to my ESO account without any difficulties but the problem occurs when I try to play a multiplayer game. I am not to able to connect with other players and there is always a message stating 'failed to connect game'. I
tried disabling my firewall and also made sure that my game is updated to the latest version. The problem still prevails.
