ESO Crown Store Accidentally purchased wrong item

This is for the Crown Store in the game Elder Scrolls Online

I went to the crown store to purchase an item I saw on my other character. I clicked the wrong item and pressed "X" to view bundle, this item was not listed this way and "X" was to purchase. I was mistaken with the item in the first place, and when I went
to investigate it by pressing an option that other items in the crown store are listed as, this was listed differently (as purchase and not view bundle) I wound up purchasing an item I did not and do not want. Now I just spent 4,000 Crowns on an item I was
not looking for. Please help !!!

eso plus renewal is broken

When I go to crown store eso plus is not active however I got an email saying it renewed on the 6/1/2017 but did not receive crowns. I may not have been receiving crowns from auto renewals for 2-5 months but can't confirm that.

At this point I tried to renew it again WITHOUT canceling first and got another email with a Microsoft charge. Can I get a refund and for eso plus to work properly? Thanks

Note: I have access to craft bag however when I withdraw an item I can't put it back in the bag either.

 

How Will "The Elder Scrolls Online" Make You Pay?

From what I seen a Crown store where you can buy pets, outfits and mounts with crowns but they are an optional kind of thing. You buy crowns with money. There is a membership that also seems like an optional thing as well called ESO plus.

to see if they have any options for you.

Microsoft do not have the ability to refund in game store purchases. You would need to contact the game developer for assistance
