ESO crashing ONLY for my profile

Okay so I have been playing this game AVIDLY; my character has reached champion level, I've met many new people and I've just been having a lot of fun. However as I discovered earlier, my game will no longer load, since it crashes on the menu screen.

The first time I tried, an error window popped up telling me to delete my console save data and re-sync it the next time I load the game... but this did nothing, and it wont sync at all. The game still keeps crashing, and it seems there's nothing I can do.
I tried loading the game on the other profiles on the Xbox, and it works perfectly, meaning it is only affecting my account. I even deleted my profile and added it again, which also did nothing!

What's going on and how do I fix it? I'm worried that I've lost all my progress, which would be VERY frustrating considering it has taken over a year. Also, I don't think deleting the game is an option, especially since other people in the house play the
game and it can take up to 2 days to install.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

I have the same problem on others games. They worked fine before but now they only work on other profiles. So if you guys could also help me when you find out the problem, I would really appreciate if you could tell me.

You can try to power cycle your console, uninstall and reinstall your game and try to same with your game.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
