ESO account do age of empires 3

Recentemente comprei o age 3 pra jogar online, porem quando fui criar a conta aconteceu que o nome de usuário já existia e não fui informado. Então pra mim a conta foi criada normalmente, mas porem quando fui tentar jogar online ele não logava. Tentei recuperar
minha senha pelo nome de usuário mas não dava, pq caia na conta de outra pessoa, tentei pela key e ID do jogo, e dava que não estavam registrados, tentei entrar em contato com a desenvolvedora (ensemble studio) por três e-mail e nada, não obtive resposta.
Então pedi refund da steam e comprei o jogo novamente. E pra minha surpresa o jogo veio com a mesma ID, e deu o mesmo problema com conta.

Thanks for coming to the forums. If this is in regards to the ESO account, you will need to reach out to Bethesda. Have you played any other game owned by Bethesda on Xbox or PC? If so it is most likely you created it but do not remember the information.
