    Escalation ticket help?


    I loaded gift cards to my account more than 3 weeks ago to purchase an Xbox. The purchase wouldn't go through. I contacted Microsoft support the same day, and opened an escalation ticket. (7015019959)

    I've called/contacted 4 times since, and can get no response or any help. My account balance is now '0', but I cannot get an answer as to why this would be?

    How long does it typically take to get help from Microsoft?? Does anybody have any tips, or a way to find the status of an escalation ticket?

    Sorry to hear it. You'll need to speak with support for help creating a ticket. Please click this link to start a chat. As to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate as the first level of support (gamer level) will not be able to help. Be aware that a Release is not the same as an Escalation, just in case you get someone who wants to release the ticket.
