    Hi there,

    Did they give you any sort of timescale in which they'd get back in touch? The reason I ask is because there is currently a larger amount of traffic moving through Xbox Support at the moment which could lead to delays in response times. You could always
    try contacting them again and asking for an update on your situation.

    Help Account suspension.

    Only the police can investigate a cyber crime, not Microsoft. And there is no team to be escalated, only the online case review on the enforcement website. If your case review got denied, nothing can be done.

    Xbox Support does not have contact with the Enforcement Team and they cannot Escalate a case to them on your behalf.

    Xbox Support can Escalate a case if there's and issue of account being compromised but that investigation is independent of the enforcement team.

    The forums here are just users helping users. Any ban can only be undone by the enforcement team and they don't use the forums here.
