    Still haven’t been able to play Madden 19 in early Access and the game releases tomorrow night. Why is this still happening? I’ve tried EVERYTHING suggested. I’ve endured 3 years of this happening after preordering Madden. Unless I can play before tomorrow’s
    release, I will not be paying my EA sub on the 22nd of this month. No updates have been posted on the service status page since it went up.

    I’ve only been in contact with repetitive support bots who do not help or escalate issues, this has been the worst support service I have ever received for an “annual” issue. Very upset.

    Thanks for your help.

    I knew this information yet, my problem is that i didn't nothing, my xbox suffered a tecnical problem.

    I think the technician didn't do a good work and now i have a problem, out service and out waranty.

    I would like escalate my incident because Microsoft is being unfair with my case but is imposible escalate the incident.

    I´ll write a reclaim in the European Consumer Center.

    problem with a child account

    Have same problem. Logged with Xbox suppot. due answer within 24-48 hours.

    4 days later now answer.

    what do we need to do to escalate?

    Maybe the only You can do now is waiting 'till the game is released. But check your e-mail and verify If they have sent You a Key for the game.

    EA is always like that specially in sports titles, I hope you can find what is going on here I cant help too much since I dont play sports games...
