    ES:O expansions not showing


    We recently bought a second console (xbox one x) and have gotten past the whole 'home' console set up. We're now transferring games from one to the other and one issue that came up is with a new game we also bought, Elder Scrolls Online, Elswayre.

    We bought and downloaded a digital copy so can play it together on either console. I started a game on the home console and everything worked fine. When another (adult) tried playing, the expansions didnt read as available. They're on the system, they work
    for me but when anybody else tried to start there is only the base game available. We get prompts to go to the Store and there it says we need to purchase the expansion to play it, it also says the expansion is installed.

    Has anybody run across this before?

    1- Você deve verificar se o xbox tem a ventilação correta e se nada obstrui sua ventilação.

    2-Verifique com as mãos se está muito quente não vai ter um problema interno.
