    today I bought from the store the pack of 11 boxes and those boxes were not delivered ... in the invoice it appears to me as finished but they did not give me the boxes ... I want to know what to do

    Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    Boa noite. Não consigo realizar o download do jogo Hello Neighbor, que está disponível na Xbox Live Pass Ultimate para PC. A seguinte mensagem de erro aparece: (0x803f8001). Já vi diversos tópicos sobre este erro e nenhum dos procedimentos respondidos funcionam.

    O jogo dá este erro pelo aplicativo da Xbox (Beta) e quando vou tentar iniciar o download do jogo pela Microsoft Store aparece "Adquirindo Licença..." e em seguida o mesmo erro Código: 0x803F8001.

    Este erro ocorreu por enquanto somente no Hello Neighbor.
