    credentials? isnt that like your accont info?

    Try to go on xbox.com and sign into it and see if u have any messages. might just need to verify an email or something

    Hi! Where did you receive this error code? Usually error codes for Xbox look like “E12” or “0x87df2ee7”. The search engine can't find any results for the code you posted: Xbox Error Status Codes | Xbox Support

    What console or system is this error appearing on?

    What is it that you were trying to do until this error appeared?

    yes, I know that this is why I came to this forum because I can't find an answer. I downloaded the Forza demo4 game and Installed it and tried to launch it and it failed to launch due to this Error.

    With this Line, Dependent libraries or components are missing from your system (CODE:FH001).

    Hi Robert,

    I looked further into the error code and it looks to be a known issue that is being investigated by the Forza team. It may be linked to the integrated graphic settings on your computer. A lot of those affected have similar computers, either Dell or Alienware
    specific computers as Alienware was bought out by Dell and could be linked to the internal graphic settings. I'm going to provide you with some links from their forums on this issue and what some users did to resolve the issue.

    No not at all, I cannot connect to XBL at all, I am not sure what is happening, I know my internet is working fine and ive never had issues with this console but since the most recent update my xbox wouldnt download/install it properly and i havent been
    able get online at all its quite lame.

    Well, first things first.... If you want help, conduct yourself in a pleasant and respectable manner. Secondly, we can't help unless you describe a problem fully. Even then, we can only go through steps to try to help, so you need to cooperate. If the answers
    don't work, getting angry is not the course of action, it means we need to dig deeper.

    If someone reads the issue and directs you to a solution, try it out. If it doesn't work, let us know so we can dig deeper.

    And most importantly, understand that we here on these forums are not microsoft/xbox employees, we are gamers such as yourself trying to help out. When an issue requires contacting official support, they wont put up with this kind of attitude over the phone.

    So again I say, please reply and fully explain each issue you are having so we can work through this.
