    Errors in Solitaire programming??


    Your Premium Solitaire has an error that is preventing the opening of ALL types and ALL levels of Solitaire. A level is chosen and before one can play the first card...a white screen saying This will end the game. (Before the 1st card??) It does
    NOT matter     if one says OK or cancel...the white screen ending everything pops on all games and levels and even if one signs off and cleans cache...the blasted white screen still pops up and blocks everything!!! Either repair this blockage
    or please return my money as I cannot play...therefore I should not have to pay.

    MICROSOFT SOLITAIRE COLLECTION

    I CAN NOT PLAY MICROSOFT SOLITAIRE COLLECTION. KEEP GETTING ERRORS. NOW I CAN NOT DOWNLOAD IT AGAIN EITHER AFTER I UNINSTALLED.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection errors

    1. What version & build of Windows are you running? v6.3.9600 Windows 8.1
    2. What is the make (who made it) & model (if you know it) of the device or devices you are using? Toshiba Satellite 6855D
    3. About how long ago did you start having this problem? about a week ago
    4. Have you noticed this problem happening on any other games? no, although Solitaire is the main game I play
    5. Describe your problem. Please explain what happens from the time you launch the game until the problem happens. It kept telling me an update was available, but when I hit update, it would say it could not download because of error code 0x80073cf9.

    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I tried the Windows Update diagnostic. I tried running wsrest and wsreset/n. Now when I click on the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app it says "This App can not be opened". I've been told to go the right side ot the
    screen and it should have Updates and "Sync Licenses", they are not there. I am told to right click on the Microsoft Soliatire Collecction and add app again, it does not show add app anymore. What can I do to fix this??

    I am getting this error code. 104 - Something isn't quite right with the Daily Challenges. Definitely let us know ASAP, please!

    I have the same issue with MS Solitaire Collection. Is there a solution? I uninstalled and run the wsrest program and reinstalled, still getting the error.

    Can't get old data from Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    Can't log on, error code 1170000.

    The "Sign In" spot says playing as a guest, click here to sign in using a Microsoft Account. After clicking on the sign in spot it says user signed out ~ need to return to sign in . . "OK" button gets sign in error ~ error code 117000 - "Try Again" gets
    the same loop.

    I logged out of the Microsoft and Xbox account and relogged in. That did not make a change in the errors.

    I suspect that the registry has a problem in the solitaire program. I tried to un-install and re-install the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. and the same thing happens as described above.

    The Windows 10 system is up to date. The computer reported "service registration is corrupt" at one point.

    Any ideas?

    Unable to download Microsoft Solitare Collection

    I reinstalled Windows 8.1 after upgrading to Windows 10. Now I am having trouble installing Microsoft Solitaire Collection. The error reads, "Something happened and this app couldn't be installed. Please try again. Error code: 0x80073cf3" I looked
    up the error code on the XBOX.com Web site. It means that the same program is already installed. However, this program is not listed in my list of installed apps. There is probably a registry editor trick that will solve the problem.

    solitaire collection Crash

    How long ago did you submit the ticket. It can take a couple of days to resolve. As for the solitaire program, just try uninstalling and then reinstalling the program and hopefully that does the trick.
