Errores E101 y E106

Buen día a todos.

Tengo problemas con mi Xbox one primero intentaba descargar un Juego FIFA 20 la descarga se detuvo en 11% y no avanzaba más en ayuda de xbox mencionaba apaga el xbox y luego continua descarga, lo que hice fue apagar el xbox y cuando lo encendi nuevamente
todo estaba muy lento tanto que tardaba uno 20 minutos en pasar de la pantalla verde de inicio, luego en los menús lento y bueno la descarga nunca pudo ser reiniciada. Me desesperó y fue que continué primero restaurar a valores de fabrica pasando el 10% mi
consola me lanza el mensaje de E106 y me abre una pantalla que menciona algo salió mal y me da opción de seleccionar reiniciar xbox o abrir el solucionador de problemas si elijo reiniciar el xbox saca el mismo mensaje.

También encontré el actualizar xbox one offline con archivo OSU1, en el solucionador de problemas ingreso la USB y habilita la USB, selecciono acualizar offline y empieza todo y cuando va por el paso numero tres se traba todo no avanzo nada la apague nuevamente
y de y de inmediato pasa a una pantalla de algo salio mal pero cambia el codigo de error a E101.

De ahi en adelante no importa que haga, la apague completamente, la desconecte de la corriente, prenda e intente cualquiera de las 2 cosas solo me sale la pantalla de error.

¿Que más puedo hacer?
