Errore Xbox store 0x80270254 [Translation-Xbox Store Error 0x80270254]

Da un paio di settimane sulla mia xbox one X non funziona più lo store: vengono visualizzate le varie icone aggiornate delle promozioni e offerte in corso per i giochi, le app, i film e le serie tv. Ma selezionando qualsiasi icona nello store compare il
seguente messaggio di errore:

“Devi installate il gioco o l’app associata a questo elemento.

Assicurati di aver effettuato l’accesso ad xbox live e cercalo in microsoft store (0x80270254)”

Ho provato piu volte a fare il reboot della console staccando anche l’alimentazione, ad andare off line e rientrare, a scollegarmi dalla rete wifi di casa e a ricollegarmi, ma niente ha funzionato.

Cant open Xbox store

When i try to open the Xbox Store on Xbox one i get the error code 0x80270254 please help

 

xbox is connected to live but still saying i need to connect

L’abbonamento xbox live é attivo (gold), compreso anche game pass.

Soft Factory Reset as the Xbox's operating system may need to be reset to factory settings. If you select Keep my games and apps, it won't delete any of your content. You will need to re-download your account and re-connect to WiFi.
