    Errorcode 0x87de0003 Xbox One

    It's happening to me with netflix. It says installation stopped, and giving me errorcode 0x87de0003. I talked to xbox support and they had me to a hard power off, plus remove my profile, and a bunch of other stuff. Nothing is working - my internet connection
    is fine, too. My blu-ray/dvd player also won't play any movies.

    Still chatting with xbox support, said it was an ongoing issue. just advised to hard power off again, and unplug from brick and wall for a minimum of 15-20 minutes. We'll see!

    Got the same problem. Tried hard reset for several times with no result. Now pluged XOne off for 20 minutes...

    Errorcode 0x87de0003 Xbox One

    Was playing Neverwinter and the game became incredibly laggy so I closed it. When I tried to restart the game, it force closed and gave me this error. Other games start just fine.

    Tried hard restart with no effect. Now I'm going to unplug for 20-30 minutes and see what happens.

    I just had this problem with Battlefield Hardline. Someone posted an error code saying it's due to a lost license so I just signed out of my profile and signed back in and I was able to play Hardline. Not sure if it'll work with other games but it's worth
    a try.

    Hey everyone!

    This issue should have been resolved previously. If you are continuing to experience error code 0x87de0003 please go ahead and try the following steps:

    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox Once console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on you console and check to see if you are still receiving the error.
    Give the suggested steps a try and if the issue continues to occur, please create a new thread. This way you can receive support specifically tailored to you. Be sure to include the details of the issue as well as any troubleshooting steps that you have

    Hey buddy,

    Two suggestions... when you unplug the xbox after power cylcing, make sure you leave it for a minute or two unplugged before trying again.

    Failing that, you can always try to delete the game, and then reinstall it. This can sometimes fix the issue :)

    Normally with that error code, the game starts working after a few minutes :/
