Errorcode: 0x838601e7 appears when I try to start Assassins creed

This will enable Assassins creed to sync.

This error has been reported for many games already in the Forums.

• What is the error code that appears when trying to complete the purchase for Assassin's Creed Rogue?
• Have other purchases failed as well if any were attempted?
• Is the billing information updated?

When purchasing on our website, make sure it is for the correct platform and profile. Click on the link hyperlinked under "website"
and select Assassin's Creed® Rogue size, 6.04GB. It will then be available to install onto the console since the entitlement will be connected to the account.
